We regretfully announce that we will not be racing the LLM for the rest of the racing season. We have decided to move up to the SK Lite Modified Division at Stafford. Well…we are still holding onto some bad luck. During the first practice the rear end blew up. We knew it was questionable when we had to put it together at the track with used parts back in July but we were hoping it would hold together until the end of the year. We will be out a couple of weeks..should be back by September 5th.

RAINED OUT!!!  We were able to get 2 practice runs in but then the rains came. See you next week 8/21/2008

We had two good practice runs and waited out the rain for the feature. We got on the track at 11:50PM and I ran very well for the first half..Until the car in front of me blew a right rear tire and the cars behind me didn’t slow up…alot of left side body damage so they directed me off the track. It was still a fun night and hopefully we are on the right track to making the car better. THANKS AGAIN to Dave Capriotti for all of your help!!!!!!!!

Thanks to all the help from our friends and family we were able to get the new motor, transmission and rear-end in the car and ready for racing on Friday. Unfortunatly the rear stripped the gears during practice but John and Uncle Bill were able to rebuild it with, again, the help from great friends at the track and we made it out for the second practice and the feature. It was a night to just feel out the car and break in the new motor. Lauren did a great job with adjusting to the new clutch and hung around the back to just get things broken in. New tires next week and some much needed good luck should help us perform where we know Lauren should be!!  SPECIAL THANKS TO; Dave Capriotti #47 LLM – We could not have done it without you..!!!
